Membership Benefits
Access to our facility includes use of the indoor pool, indoor walking track, fitness room, racquetball courts and game tables such as ping, pong, foosball and air hockey.

Youth Pass (ages 5-17)
Passes are also available for high school students (student must have valid school ID). Includes access to the facility; youth ages 11 and younger are not permitted in the fitness rooms.

Family Pass
Includes access to the facility for up to 2 adults living in the same residence and their dependents. For the purpose of a family pass, dependents shall include children age 23 and younger and any individual age 24 or older for whom an adult member of the household has been named legal guardian or custodian. Proof of residency is required. Aerobic classes can be added for an additional fee.

Corporate Family
Includes access to the facility for 2 adults and their dependents, all of whom must be living in the same household. For purposes of the family pass, dependents shall include children age 23 and younger and any individuals age 24 or older over whom a member of the household has legal guardianship. Proof of employment is required. Aerobic classes can be added for an additional fee.

Daily Access Pass (all ages)
Purchase allows reduced daily access fees for residents of James City County or the City of Williamsburg.
Individuals who do not have a family, adult, senior or youth access pass to the center may purchase a Daily Access Pass for $10 per year. This card is good for 12 months for both residents and nonresidents and allows the cardholder to pay the resident daily fee to use the James City County Recreation Center.

Users Without a Daily Access Pass
If you do not purchase a Daily Pass, you must complete a visitor access form and pay the daily fee at the nonresident rate each time you visit the Recreation Center.
Pass Requirements
Proof of residence is required to purchase or renew an Access Pass at the resident rate.- A resident is defined as anyone who physically resides in James City County or the City of Williamsburg.
- This must be a primary residence as reported on income tax forms and used for voter registration.
- DMV issued driver’s license with current street address
- Virginia I.D. card with current street address
- Either of these 2 I.D. cards along with 1 of the following that shows street address:
- Lease agreement
- Utility bill
- Voter registration

The purchase of an annual pass offers the best rate plus you'll receive ten guests passes and a T-shirt. Use your guest passes to bring a friend or use it yourself to try one of our many aerobic classes. Annual Youth passes include the complimentary T-shirt only.The James City County Recreation Center proudly accepts Healthways Silver Sneakers memberships. Contact your insurance company or visit silversneakers.com to see if your Recreation Center membership might be free! A silver sneakers fitness membership gives you access to the JCCRC’s amenities and SilverSneakers classes.

*Reservations for the entire facility, the gymnasium and the pool are only available after normal operating hours. After hours events require staff to monitor event activity and enforce building rules. Staffing levels and rates will vary depending on areas rented and participant counts. The Recreation Center Administrator will determine staffing levels on a case-by-case basis. Please call 757-259-4200 for staffing fees.
Community Rooms A, B and C
Rooms are adjacent to each other in the community room wing. This area has its own lobby, restrooms, catering kitchen and separate entrance.
Community Room D
Located off the main lobby, next to the pool area; smaller meeting room.
Catering Kitchen
Full-service catering kitchen, adjacent to Room A, is ideal for food preparation and includes a double sink, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ice maker and double capacity refrigerator.
