Requests for changes to a current reservation should be submitted by emailed to Stephanie DeBord prior to date of current reservation. Fees may be adjusted depending on change to reservation.
Refunds will be granted if Request for Refund Form (PDF) is received 7 days before reservation date. A 10% processing fee will be assessed on all refunds. Forms may be delivered to all payment locations or emailed to Stephanie DeBord.

The interpretive center seats up to 36 people with tables and chairs, and 50 people with chairs only.
The interpretive center meeting room may be reserved from 8 a.m.-11 p.m. year-round. A staffing charge of $20/hour will be added for meeting room reservations requested before 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m. Additional fees may apply for larger outdoor events on the patio. The patio contains picnic table seating for up to 50 people.
*The use of a 20’x40’ tent on the patio is permitted when reserving the meeting room. Tents must be secured in place with water barrels – tent stakes are not permitted. Tents must be erected on the day of the event and must be disassembled and removed no later than 9 a.m. the following day. The outdoor fireplace may not be used when the tent is on the patio.
