Chickahominy Riverfront Park Fishing Pier
Demolish existing dilapidated pier and replace with new pier on same footprint. The project will consist of survey of the site along with design of a new pier. All necessary permitting and approvals will be obtained. Project will be bid and awarded and managed through construction until completion.

Chickahominy Riverfront Park RV & Boat Storage Lot
This project involves the design and relocation of a Recreation Vehicle (RV) and boat storage parking lot within the Chickahominy Riverfront Park.

Grove Area Stormwater & Roadway Improvements
This project proposes to widen existing travel lanes to the minimum standard for sections of the road network within the Grove residential neighborhood and to address historic drainage and flooding issues in the area.

Upper County Park Walking Path
Design and construct an approximately ½ mile asphalt walking trail within the park. Perform all necessary permitting and design to complete the project. The Project will be bid and awarded and managed through design, permitting and construction until completion.
