On Sep. 14, 2023, at approximately 5:50 p.m., a coordinated operation led by James City County Tri-Rivers Drug Task Force Agents resulted in the apprehension of a wanted suspect on drug-related charges originating from the City of Williamsburg. The arrest was conducted at the Wawa located in Lightfoot.
During this arrest, Task Force Agents searched the suspect’s vehicle and seized approximately 30 grams of heroin, 15 grams of crack cocaine, and approximately 132 grams of powder cocaine. The street value of these narcotics is estimated to exceed $15,000. The suspect, identified as 40-year-old Miguel Holmes of Hampton, faces three charges out of James City County related to the Manufacture, Sale, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
