This Request for Quote is issued by James City County to obtain quotes from a qualified, licensed and insured contractor to fabricate and install “Love” sign. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Carla Brittle,  , the Owner’s designated representative..

Vendors shall submit a price for a complete turnkey job as described in the Scope of Work. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror on the basis of Total Base Quote. Responsiveness will be determined by the vendor’s ability to understand the solutions required by the Owner and to propose a plan that meets the Owner’s needs.

All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA.

All quotes must be emailed by April 10, 2023, no later than 2pm.  Quotes will not be received in the Purchasing Office. Award shall be made on the basis of Total Base Quote.
