This Request for Quote is issued by the James City County  to obtain quotes for seal coating and re-striping the parking lot at the Williamsburg-James City County Courthouse. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Rick Koehl, Capital Projects Coordinator. 

All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. All site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial asphalt road repair.

All quotes must be emailed by April 14,2023, no later than 2pm.  Quotes will not be received in the Purchasing Office. Award shall be made on the basis of Total Base Quote.
