Description:

The project is generally described as the renovation of the existing DMV office. The work includes renovations to the existing building, selective demolition, finishes, new partitions, casework, doors and frames, hardware, network infrastructure, mechanical, and electrical power and lighting systems. Services provided by the contractor shall include, but are not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, testing, transportation and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to the complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications. (See also Section 6: Scope of Work/Statement of Needs).
